November 5, 2026Guelaguetza

In Oaxaca, turkey was on the table long before Thanksgiving was. So every November, we cook ours the way we know best: en barbacoa.

Our Thanksgiving Turkey Leg Package is back at Guelaguetza. Perfect for a small family, it comes fully cooked, and all you do is pick it up on Thanksgiving Day.

Why we do this every year

Our parents opened Guelaguetza in 1994 to cook the food of Oaxaca for Los Angeles. Thanksgiving is one more day we get to do that, this time at your table instead of ours.

From our family to yours: buen provecho, and happy Thanksgiving.
